Join us for a free screening of Regenerating Australia, the new film from the team behind 2040 and That Sugar Film between 6pm and 8pm on Friday 6 May 2022 at Merlynston Progress Hall in North Coburg. Come early for dinner from 5pm-6pm.  Tuka Tuka KothuRoti Man will be attending with delicious food to purchase, and the SOULISTAS choir will be performing climate action songs (TBC).

 

At 6pm we will start the official part of the night, with a Wurundjeri elder giving a Welcome to Country (TBC), followed by a screening of Regenerating Australia. The short film is directed by Damon Gameau is a hypothetical news report based on interviews with a diverse group of Australians who were asked about their hopes and dreams for the future. We will then have a guest panel with experts covering regenerative agriculture, renewable energy, built environment, and waste. The hall has a capacity of 80 people. Registration is free, but limited. Bring your family & friends. And your ideas…
